MEDICAL and BIOLOGICAL PHYSICS                          -Studying Materials-

On this page , you can find samples of Module Tests which you'll be given in the end of each of module. Somewhere in December and June of the academic year.  Also, there are PowerPoint presentations of my lectures in the PDF files. There are two groups of  lectures, on Medical and Biological Physics and on Physical Methods of Analysis.

You may practice a bit before taking the real tests. If you have questions or difficulties with problems, meet me at the consultations and ask me your questions via emails.

You can find and review the topics and contents of the lectures of this course.  I found it's useful  and more productive to get familiar with the topic of the future lecture before coming to it.

SAMPLE TESTS

Sample tasts are very similar to those you will  be given at the real module tests.  You will have three modules and three module tests respectively during the academic year.

  1. Module I sample tests.

  2. Module II sample tests.

  3. Module III sample tests.

USEFUL LITERATURE

  1. Here is the list of textbooks I once used and found very useful and well written.  Some of them are widely used  by students and teachers and some of them are needed if you specializes in a very narrow field.

  2. Here is a nice textbook on MRI written by Evert J. BlinkI. It is  an open access textbook.

USEFUL LINKS

Some constants and useful formulas can be found here.

  1. Hyper Physics handbook.

  2. On-line open access textbook.

  3. Tests.
